The refurbished restaurant, the cure of all the dishes, both of the tradition and of the "globalization", the all-new concept of offering wines at just one price for all wine bottles, the decision to produce all by ourselves (except small and momentary exceptions) and the desserts: all natural steps for our family after 27 years of catering. Nothing has been done by looking at the fashion of the moment or the trend. We just followed our own hearts.
Here it is. The heart is what drives us. To smile a human uses something like 15/19 muscles. We would like to ask you to start from a single muscle: your very own heart.
